At Mobile Systems Limited, we aim to get your gear to you fast, safe, and with no surprises. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship orders across New Zealand.
🚚 Shipping Locations
We currently ship nationwide across New Zealand, including rural and offshore delivery zones. International shipping is available on request — please contact us before placing an order.
📦 Delivery Timeframes
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, provided the item is in stock. Delivery timeframes are typically:

Rural addresses: May take an extra 1–2 days
Some specialised or backordered items may take longer. If there's a delay, we'll contact you directly.
💲 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, size, and destination.

📦 Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
