IMPRES Remote Speaker Microphone for MOTOTRBO DP Series
Overview
The Motorola PMMN4025A is an IMPRES remote speaker microphone for MOTOTRBO DP3400, DP3600, DP4400, DP4600 and DP4800 series portables.
It clips to your shoulder or lapel, so you can talk and listen without unclipping the radio from your belt. IMPRES audio tunes the mic and speaker for noisy sites, and windporting keeps wind roar off your transmissions when you're working outside.
Key Features
- IMPRES smart audio means clearer transmit and receive audio for crews working around machinery, traffic or crowds.
- Windporting means less wind noise on your calls for farmers, port crews and anyone working exposed outdoors.
- Orange emergency button means a lone worker can raise an alarm without reaching for the radio, when emergency is programmed on the radio.
- 3.5mm earpiece jack on the mic head means you can add a receive earpiece for private listening without extra cables.
- Coiled cord and swivel clip means the mic stays put on a jacket, vest or harness through a full shift.

FAQs
Will the PMMN4025A fit my Motorola radio?
The PMMN4025A fits MOTOTRBO DP3400, DP3600, DP4400, DP4600 and DP4800 series portables, including the e models, plus the XiR P8260 and P8268. If your radio isn't on that list, send us the model number and we'll confirm before you order.
Can I use the PMMN4025A with a DP4401Ex or DP4801Ex ATEX radio?
The PMMN4025A isn't suitable for ATEX radios. ATEX radios must only be used with ATEX-approved accessories, and this mic carries FM approval, which is a US standard, not ATEX or IECEx.
Can I plug an earpiece into the PMMN4025A?
The PMMN4025A takes a receive earpiece through the 3.5mm jack on the mic head, so you can listen privately while still using the mic's PTT to talk.
What's the difference between PMMN4025A and PMMN4025AL?
PMMN4025AL is Motorola's current revision of the same microphone. Both fit the same radios.
