Mobile Systems Limited supplies and configures Tait DMR two-way radios for businesses across New Zealand. Our range covers three tiers of portable radio (the entry-level TP9310 and TP9355, the enhanced-usability TP9555 and TP9560, and the toughest multiband TP9755, TP9760, TP9765 and TP9770), the TM9315 and TM9355 fixed mount (vehicle) radios, and the TP9361 intrinsically safe portable for hazardous environments, each available across multiple VHF and UHF frequency bands and configurations. Stock varies by frequency band and configuration, so get in touch to confirm current availability for the exact variant you need. As a brand-independent advisor, we'll recommend Tait when it's genuinely the right fit for your operation, not because it's the only option on the shelf.
Tait Portable Radios
TP9310 and TP9355
Our entry-level Tait portables. The TP9310 is a straightforward, no-display radio for simple, reliable communication. The TP9355 adds a monochrome display and four-key control for a bit more flexibility. Both are available in VHF and UHF, with stock varying by frequency band and configuration.
TP9555 and TP9560
A step up in usability, with a colour screen, a louder 3W speaker, and dual mic Active Noise Cancelation for clearer audio in noisy environments. The TP9555 is the four-key version and the TP9560 the sixteen-key version. Available in VHF and UHF, with stock varying by configuration.
TP9755, TP9760, TP9765 and TP9770
Tait's toughest and most capable portable range, multiband capable so a single radio can be configured to operate across VHF, UHF and 700/800MHz. Built to the higher MIL-STD-810H toughness standard with the same colour screen and noise cancellation as the TP9500 series. The TP9755 and TP9765 are four-key models, while the TP9760 and TP9770 are sixteen-key, with single, dual and full multiband configurations available and upgradeable later via over-the-air programming. The TP9765 and TP9770 are held in stock, ready to ship.

TM9355
A more capable mobile radio in the same TM9300 family, supporting up to 4,000 channels and 100 zones, with a choice of control heads including a high-resolution colour display. Optional Bluetooth audio and WiFi over-the-air programming are available, making it well suited to larger or more complex fleets. Available in VHF and UHF.
We configure every TM9315 and TM9355 to match your existing channel plan before installation. If you're within our Bay of Plenty, Coromandel, Rotorua, TaupΕ or Waikato service area, our technicians handle the fit-out. Outside that area, we work with a trusted network of installers around the country, and some customers choose to arrange their own install once the radio is configured.
