Overview

The Entel CXR5/DT9 is a bone-conductive skull microphone paired with a 'D'-shaped earpiece and in-line PTT-C/DT9 unit, designed for the Entel DTEx connector family.
This communication kit is specifically engineered for high-noise environments, providing crystal-clear voice transmission via bone conduction, making it perfect for tactical, industrial, and outdoor operations where loud ambient noise can interfere with traditional microphones.

Compatible With

Confirmed on Entel's own UK accessories listings as fitting the whole Entel DTEx Series, which shares the same "/DT9" accessory connector: DT885FF, DT944FF, DT985FF, the DT8xx/9xx-Atex range (DT882M, DT982M, DT885M, DT985M, DT844, DT944, DT842, DT942), and the DT522/582/525/585/822/882/825/885/922/982/925/985 submersible-entry range.

Not compatible with HT644 (CNB750E/"750" connector family) or the DX400 Series (a different "/DX" connector).

Easy to use radio earset

They do what they say they do, easy to use and no extra gear. The main set is the master and needs to be used, just turn them on with charged batteries and they just work. We have tested them to about 400m but really only need them for up to about 100m max and they work really well, easy to hear everyone using them. Once they are on you just talk and listen, there are no buttons to push
We use the single ear so we can hear people not using the sets.
