Fully waterproof. Smart. Built for serious field use.

Overview

The GME XRS-390C is the toughest and most advanced UHF CB radio in the XRS Connect range. With an IP67-rated waterproof housing, integrated GPS, and Bluetooth smartphone control, it's the perfect communication tool for New Zealand's harshest conditions, from remote job sites and rugged 4WD tracks to coastal and marine environments.

Whether you're managing a commercial fleet, outfitting a mobile response unit, or heading deep off the grid, the XRS-390C delivers superior durability, smart features, and long-range UHF performance in one compact, ultra-tough package.

Key Features

  • IP67 dust and waterproof means a fully sealed chassis and connectors for complete environmental protection.
  • Integrated GPS receiver means automatic location sharing and support for XRS Location Services.
  • Bluetooth app control means you can configure and update your radio directly from your smartphone (iOS and Android).
  • Heavy-duty OLED speaker microphone means a 2W speaker, clear display, and programmable keys.
  • Smart hideaway installation means the control unit mounts out of sight, leaving only the mic accessible in-cab.
  • Rugged field performance means it's shockproof, moisture-resistant, and built for constant use in remote terrain.

Easy to use radio earset

They do what they say they do, easy to use and no extra gear. The main set is the master and needs to be used, just turn them on with charged batteries and they just work. We have tested them to about 400m but really only need them for up to about 100m max and they work really well, easy to hear everyone using them. Once they are on you just talk and listen, there are no buttons to push
We use the single ear so we can hear people not using the sets.
