Overview
The portable CB transceiver par excellence, the ALAN 42 DS, features new electronic components for a unique audio experience. It's fitted with digital squelch, ANL filters, and a noise blanker that removes annoying noises caused by sources outside the vehicle.
Digital squelch automatically adjusts the squelch level, avoiding manual adjustment, activating automatically according to the input signal received. The noise blanker and ANL filters improve the sound and make it cleaner, eliminating disturbances caused by external sources or the vehicle, such as noise at power on.
