This is the genuine Tait TM9300 Hand Held Control Head (HHCH). It lets the operator run the radio from a distance from the radio body itself, a real advantage for commercial vehicles, marine setups, or anywhere the main radio unit ends up tucked under a seat or behind the dash.

For use with: Tait TM9300 series fixed mount radios only. This is not compatible with TM9400 radios, which use a different part number.

Available in Black, Yellow, Red, and Green, choose the colour above to match your fleet.

Complete Your Setup

A hand held control head needs a remote speaker to hear incoming calls. Choose the standard 10W External Speaker for most installs, or the 15W Rugged Loud External Speaker for noisy work environments.

Will this work with my TM9400 radio? No. TM9400 radios use a different HHCH part number. This unit is built specifically for the TM9300 series.

Do I need anything else to install this? Yes, a remote speaker is required alongside the hand held control head, this isn't included and is sold separately.

Is this waterproof? The HHCH itself carries the same ruggedised build as the TM9300 body, though we'd recommend checking the full IP rating with us before use in wet or dusty environments if that's critical for your application.
