Robust, Waterproof Industrial Door Activation Sensor for Mounting Heights up to 7 m
The Hotron HR-Robus is a microwave door activation sensor for industrial doors, with dual relay outputs. Its rugged IP67 housing suits industrial door openings in tough environmental conditions, such as warehouse and loading dock doors.
It can tell the difference between pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and uses uni-directional detection and cross traffic filtering so the door opens only for traffic heading towards it. That helps reduce unnecessary openings and saves energy.
Key features
- Harsh environments: rugged IP67 housing.
- Pedestrian and vehicle detection: separate relay outputs for each.
- Energy efficient: uni-directional detection and cross traffic filtering.
- Installation flexibility: sensor head adjusts vertically and horizontally for wall or ceiling mounting.
- Easy to configure: set up with push buttons on the sensor or the HR-IDS-RC remote control (sold separately).
Detection area
- 7 m wide x 7 m deep at a 5 m mounting height
- 5 m wide x 8 m deep at a 7 m mounting height
- Both at a 45° sensor body angle
