Side or roof mounting, infrared night vision and audio, in 1080p AHD.

Overview

The Viewtech VT406-1080 is the 1080p version of Viewtech's proven side and blind spot camera. Mount it on the side of a truck, trailer or coach for blind spot views, on the roof for a top-down view, or angled down as a reversing camera.

It switches to infrared night vision in low light and has a microphone for audio pickup. With Viewtech monitors it can be triggered automatically from the indicators.

  • Side or roof mounting means one camera covers door, side and trailer blind spots.
  • 1080p AHD means a sharp image on Viewtech HD monitors.
  • Infrared night vision means a usable view in the dark.
  • Audio pickup means the driver can hear what is happening outside.
  • Indicator triggering with Viewtech monitors means the side view appears when the driver signals.

Easy to use radio earset

They do what they say they do, easy to use and no extra gear. The main set is the master and needs to be used, just turn them on with charged batteries and they just work. We have tested them to about 400m but really only need them for up to about 100m max and they work really well, easy to hear everyone using them. Once they are on you just talk and listen, there are no buttons to push
We use the single ear so we can hear people not using the sets.
