The Entel CHPD/DT9 is a heavy-duty double ear-cup headset built for the Entel DTEx connector family of intrinsically safe hand portable radios.
It provides superior hearing protection, clear communication, and rugged performance for professionals working in hazardous or high-noise environments such as oil, gas, marine, and industrial sectors.
Designed for maximum safety and clarity, the CHPD/DT9 ensures dependable operation even when wearing helmets or protective gear.

Compatible With

Confirmed on Entel's own UK accessories listings as fitting the whole Entel DTEx Series, which shares the same "/DT9" accessory connector: DT885FF, DT944FF, DT985FF, the DT8xx/9xx-Atex range (DT882M, DT982M, DT885M, DT985M, DT844, DT944, DT842, DT942), and the DT522/582/525/585/822/882/825/885/922/982/925/985 submersible-entry range.

Not compatible with HT644 (CNB750E/"750" connector family) or the DX400 Series (a different "/DX" connector).

Easy to use radio earset

They do what they say they do, easy to use and no extra gear. The main set is the master and needs to be used, just turn them on with charged batteries and they just work. We have tested them to about 400m but really only need them for up to about 100m max and they work really well, easy to hear everyone using them. Once they are on you just talk and listen, there are no buttons to push
We use the single ear so we can hear people not using the sets.
