Hi-Tec to GME Antenna Base Adapter, 5/16" BSB
Fit a Hi-Tec AM CB antenna to a GME base.
Overview
The Hi-Tec AP-013, also known as the APGME, is a nickel-plated brass adapter that converts the base thread on Hi-Tec AM CB antennas to a 5/16" BSB internal thread.
It's the go-to part when installing a Hi-Tec AM CB antenna onto a GME base, including the popular GME ABL001 base and lead. Hi-Tec antennas ship as the antenna only, so this adapter is the piece that joins the two.
Key Features
- 5/16" BSB internal thread means a direct fit to GME antenna bases, for installers who standardise on GME.
- Made for the Hi-Tec AM CB range means one adapter suits the CB12A, CB7A and CB12PT, for fleets running a mix of antenna lengths.
- Nickel-plated brass construction means it won't rust, for vehicles that spend their lives in wet, muddy or coastal conditions.
- Hex body means it tightens with a standard spanner, for a secure fit on vehicles that see plenty of vibration.
