Single Bay Desktop Charger for Hytera PD and BP5 Radios
Recommended option: Base + Adapter. The CH10A07 has no power supply of its own, so only choose Base Only if you already have a Hytera PS1017 power adapter.
Overview
The Hytera CH10A07 is a rapid-rate, MCU-controlled single bay desktop charger for Hytera's PD4, PD5, PD6 and PD7 series radios, plus the BP5 series and a number of other Hytera portables. It charges Li-Ion, Li-polymer and Ni-MH batteries, with an LED indicator showing charging status at a glance.
It's a compact, no-fuss way to give every operator their own charging point, or to keep a spare battery topped up in the office, depot or site shed.
Replacing a CH10A04? Hytera has discontinued the CH10A04 charger, and the CH10A07 is its current replacement for the PD702 and PD782, using the same PS1017 power adapter.
Key Features
- Rapid-rate MCU charging means faster turnaround between shifts for teams who need spare batteries back in service quickly.
- Li-Ion, Li-polymer and Ni-MH support means one charger handles older and newer Hytera battery packs, for fleets running a mix of both.
- Wide Hytera compatibility means one charger type across the PD4 to PD7 and BP5 ranges, for businesses standardising their charging gear.
- LED status indicator means you can see at a glance when a battery is ready, for busy front desks, gatehouses and depots.
- Compact 77 x 77mm footprint means it fits on a crowded desk or workbench, for offices and site sheds short on space.
- Genuine Hytera PS1017 power supply means the charger gets the 12V 1A input it's designed for, for charging to Hytera's own specification.
Applications
- Security and patrol teams
- Construction and civil sites
- Logistics, warehousing and port operations
- Events and hospitality
- Spare battery charging for any Hytera PD or BP5 fleet

FAQs
Does the Hytera CH10A07 come with a power adapter?
The CH10A07 base doesn't include a power adapter on its own. Choose the Base + Adapter option to get the Hytera PS1017 in the same order, or buy the PS1017 separately.
Which Hytera radios does the CH10A07 charge?
The CH10A07 suits Hytera's PD4, PD5, PD6, PD7 and BP5 series, along with the other models listed above. Not sure which radio you have? Check the model label under the battery, or call our team on 07 575 2966.
What battery types can the CH10A07 charge?
The CH10A07 charges Hytera Li-Ion, Li-polymer and Ni-MH battery packs. Hytera doesn't list it for Ni-Cd batteries.
Can I use a different 12V adapter with the CH10A07?
We recommend sticking with the genuine Hytera PS1017 (12V DC, 1A). A non-genuine or incorrect adapter can cause charging problems and may affect your warranty.
The right charger keeps your radios ready for the next shift, every shift.
