Times Microwave LMR-400-UF Ultra Flex Coaxial Cable, 50 Ohm
Genuine Times Microwave LMR-400-UF, sold per metre. Set the quantity to the number of metres you need.
Overview
Need LMR-400 performance in a cable that bends and keeps bending? LMR-400-UF uses a stranded copper centre and a soft TPR jacket, so it handles repeated flexing that would fatigue standard LMR-400.
It trades a little extra loss for that flexibility: 16dB per 100m at 900MHz, against 12.8dB for standard LMR-400. That's still far lower than RG58 or RG223.
Key Features
- Stranded bare copper centre conductor means it handles repeated bending and movement.
- Flexible TPR jacket means easier routing through cabinets, vehicles and tight spaces.
- Bonded aluminium tape plus tinned copper braid means shielding over 90dB.
- Rated to 6GHz means it covers radio, cellular, Wi-Fi and GPS.
- UV and weather resistant (Times Microwave) means it can be used indoors or out.
Applications
- Jumpers between antennas, surge protectors and equipment
- Inside cabinets and equipment racks
- Vehicle and mobile installs where the cable moves
- GPS system wiring

FAQs
How do I order the length I need?
Set the quantity to the number of metres. A quantity of 25 is a continuous 25m length.
Should I use LMR-400-UF or LMR-400?
Use LMR-400-UF where the cable will flex repeatedly, such as jumpers and moving equipment. For fixed runs, standard LMR-400 gives slightly lower loss.
Can you make up a custom cable for me?
Yes, custom cables are a specialty of ours. Tell us the length and connectors, and our workshop will make it up and test it before it ships.
Can you install it for me?
Yes. Our Bay of Plenty technicians can supply, terminate and install the full run. Outside the region, we work with partner installers.
