Remote + Isolated Workers
Send someone out alone, and you need a way to know they're safe, wherever the job takes them. This collection covers Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs), satellite messengers, and worker safety GPS platforms built for New Zealand's remote sites, bush blocks, and stretches with no cellular coverage.
What's included
- Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs): GME, McMurdo, and Ocean Signal beacons with no ongoing subscription, for one-button emergency alerting
- Satellite messengers and GPS trackers: SPOT and Garmin devices with SOS alerting and check-in tracking for crews working off-grid
- Worker safety platforms: TracerTrak and Garmin/TracerTrak systems combining GPS location, SOS alerts, and two-way messaging for lone and isolated workers
- Lone worker radios: two-way radios built for solo field use
Why choose Mobile Systems
Every device here is chosen for genuine off-grid reliability, not just a badge on the box. Talk to our team about matching the right lone worker solution to your site, your crew size, and how remote the work actually is.
