Overview

Already paying for Wi-Fi across your warehouse, shopping centre or hospital? The Icom IP110H turns that network into instant push-to-talk voice between staff, with no individual radio licence and no call charges.

It's compact at 146 g, IP67 rated, runs for more than 20 hours on a charge, and adds man down and lone worker alerts for staff working on their own. We've supplied IP110H systems to mall operators and retailers, warehouse and DC operators, and the tunnelling contractor on Auckland's City Rail Link.

Is the IP110H waterproof?
The IP110H is rated IP67, which means it's dust-tight and protected against immersion in 1 metre of water for 30 minutes. Icom has also tested it to MIL-STD-810G.

Do I need a radio licence for the IP110H?
You don't need an individual radio licence for the IP110H. It runs over standard Wi-Fi frequencies on your own network, so there's no annual licence fee and no call charges.

How long does the battery last?
The IP110H runs for more than 20 hours on a full charge, based on Icom's standard duty cycle. It charges by USB-C or on its charger stand, taking around 4 hours with the stand.

Who is the IP110H best suited to?
It suits businesses with good Wi-Fi coverage that need instant voice between staff, such as shopping centres, warehouses, tunnelling projects, factories, hotels and hospitals. If your team works outdoors beyond your network, a conventional two-way radio is the better fit.

Does the IP110H need a controller?
Yes, the IP110H needs an Icom controller on your network to work. We recommend the IP1100CV for new systems, and existing IP1000C sites can add IP110H radios too.

Will it work with my existing IP100H radios and access points?
Yes, the IP110H works alongside IP100H radios on the same system, and with third-party access points including Ubiquiti. We'll check your setup before you buy.
