Initially offered in our market-leading XRS-660 Handheld UHF CB Radio, CrewTalk is now available in the full range of XRS™ Connect mobile radios via a Firmware update, enabling all XRS™ users to have virtually uninterrupted conversations within a select group of users.
Leveraging GME’s digital scanning technology, Scansuite™, XRS™ Connect CrewTalk allows XRS™ users to configure pre-defined Net-Scan groups quickly and easily.
Using CTCSS codes, all radios in the same CrewTalk group will automatically move to a new channel when a transmission is received without the pre-defined CTCSS code.
This technology ensures XRS™ users can enjoy uninterrupted communications on UHF CB channels with significantly less chance of receiving transmissions or interference from outside the CrewTalk group.
CrewTalk can now be enabled on the full range of XRS™ Connect UHF CB Radios via Firmware update through the XRS™ Connect smartphone app, available on both Google Play and the App Store.
